Refund Policy for Fan club Memberships

Thank you for becoming a valued member of The Zombies Fan Club. We appreciate your support and dedication to the band. Before purchasing a membership, we kindly request that you read and understand our no refund policy.

 

Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final: All fanclub membership purchases are considered final and non-refundable. Once a membership is purchased, there will be no refunds provided for any reason, except as required by applicable law.

2. Cancellation: Memberships can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of the membership. Cancellation does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund.

3. Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of exceptional circumstances, such as a technical error on our part, we may, at our discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any such refund will be determined by us and may not set a precedent for future requests.
